lyrics, a little out of sync, but the sentiment is real. i'm headed to the west for some needed rest, sunshine & visiting with my lovely friends. i hope to post while i'm there, but if not, just listen to joni & go to the beach in your mind :)

doesn't this just about sum it up? for me, it does! i got this radtastic ornament from my lovely cousin meg last weekend at our yearly gathering and just about fell over, lovesit. i hope everyone out in blogland has a wonderful holiday, i am actually celebrating with my family & friends tomorrow so today it's just last minute wrapping, a bbq at my grandparents and relaxation - can you imagine? more pictures of my tiny feather tree and holiday village later, along with my new favorite way to wrap presents! have a great day, yuletide to all - MWAH!

[these are my favorite flowers this week, PEONIES!! yummy, they make my
room happy:) plus a lovely dish that my grandma
gave me after i painted her kitchen...the new pale lilac blue color covers up
a mint green that had graced the walls for years - oye. oh and a pink flare dot, love.]
