so, i disappeared and also got myself knee-deep in google reader back-up again...in recent days i have been getting up before the sun to go to the gym, beating down a stubborn cold with garlic & citrus, being exhausted from lack of protein options and basking in the hope & anticipation of an obama presidency...i miss you all and hope to be back soon, in the meantime, take some time this weekend to have a cupcake!

There you are! I missed you. Speaking of missing you - if you want to visit San Diego you should probably do it within the next year (hint hint). I need that poster in my life btw.
